Deepali is a management adviser, an influential leader and an effective manager with numerous business success stories spanning more than a decade. In 2002, she founded CLASS as an answer to the need expressed by professional for a more wholesome and satisfying community service experience. She is a currently a Senior Partner at Excolatur Consulting, a global management-consulting firm. Over the past 14+ years of her experience, she has managed several high impact projects and led many diverse and cross-functional teams in various industries/sectors such as Banking, Airlines, Consumer Goods, High Tech. She is a member of Board of Directors of Gyataa Inc. She was President and member of Board of Directors of St. Elizabeth’s Day Home and was a member of Board of Directors of Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley. She is a visionary who believes that its important that knowledge resources from the community be used to serve the community if we want our future generations to appreciate & inherit the values & tradition to serve the community in which they live in. Her energy, passion and drive are remarkable. She has Masters in Business Administration from University of Chicago - Graduate School of Business and Post graduation in Sustainable Business from University of Cambridge.

Sudeep Kanjilal
Member of Board of Directors, Secretary
Sudeep is a co-founder, an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of CLASS. He is also the chief spokesperson. Sudeep has 15+ years of experience advising Senior Executives at Fortune 500 firms in the High-tech, Manufacturing and Financial Services verticals. His key strengths is his ability to understand industry trends and underlying patterns, leveraging the same to advise executives and suggest solutions. He has have managed key clients like Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Dell, Freescale Semiconductors, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia-Siemens Neworks, JP Morgan Chase and Citibank. He has a Master´s Degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering. He is a firm believer in a positive change. He believes that the key to the community development is to effectively utilize the knowledge capital present in the community. His sense of humor and optimistic approach to life have inspired many.

Robert Albanese
Member of Board of Directors, Treasurer

Rob is an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of CLASS. Rob has more than 25+ years of relevant experience in project management and product development specializing in the architecture and development of multi-tier applications; thirteen of those years working at Hewlett-Packard where he led the effort to develop a patent-pending Flexible Schema Architecture used to create one of the industry’s first Component Supplier Management applications. He is an ex-President and board member of Moreland Educational Foundation and a frequent volunteer at organizations like the United Way, Second Harvest Food Book, Habitat for Humanity and others. He has also done consulting for Non-Profit Organizations based in the Bay Area.

Adam Skibley
Member of Board of Directors
Adam is member of Board of Directors. He also provides leadership to the CLASS’s Business Development Group. In the past he has led numerous client engagements at CLASS as a Project Manager. Professionally, Adam works as a management consultant primarily focusing on clients in the healthcare sector. He also has experience working in corporate finance in the professional services and high tech industries. Adam received his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. He is active in the San Francisco community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Giants Community Fund, volunteering as an Analyst for the Social Capital Index, and playing an active role in the Notre Dame Alumni Club’s local chapter. Adam firmly believes in the power of passionate business leaders to maximize both the economic and social value that their organizations create.

Anita Anderson
Director - Human Resources
Anita Anderson sits on the CLASS’s Human Resources Group and leads the recruitment, training and development and all other HR functions. Anita has 17+ years experience in Human Resources. She was the Vice President of Human Resources for a Credit Union for 10 years. Anita graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business. What drew Anita to CLASS was the ability to serve the community while using her professional and personal skills.

Bharath Beedu
Director- Program Management
Bharath leads the Program Management for CLASS. He brings a wealth of organizational knowledge, having previously lead successful fund-riser events at other non-profit organizations, stewarded education projects in other countries, and having taken part in Business and Practice Development roles at CLASS. Bharath comes from a technology background with an expertise in building complex internet infrastructure products requiring highly analytical skills. He has a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University and has been involved in founding engineering teams in multiple early-stage start-ups. His hobbies include motorcycling, traveling and skiing. He enjoys putting together, and working with high performance teams to solve real-world problems. CLASS has proved to be the perfect melting pot, amalgamating professionals from various backgrounds and generating practical solutions to various other non-profits in the Silicon Valley.

Elizabeth Lim
Practice Development
Beth leads the CLASS Practice Development group, and is part of the Senior Leadership Circle of the BCS team.  She brings extensive project/program management and corporate finance experience to the team, from various industries including automotive, specialty chemical, and renewable energy.  Beth received her MBA in Finance and Operations from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and has relocated to the Bay Area to focus on work with non-profits.

Hanny Kusnadi Garg
Practice Development
Hanny Kusnadi Garg is part of the CLASS’s Practice Development group. She is a CPA with over 7 years of international experience in accounting, financial operations and management across countries such as United States, Singapore and Indonesia.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Hanny is also a social entrepreneur who strongly believes in social change and had co-founded a licensed micro financial institution in Indonesia in 2007. She enjoys using her professional skills to make a positive change in the community and finds her time working for CLASS fruitful and rewarding.

Lucia Valerio
Human Resources
Lucia Valerio, a diversified human resources and project management professional, has spent over a decade in progressive Human Resources and management roles in the public and private sectors. Her ongoing experience includes fast growth strategic planning, employee relations, performance and leadership development, talent management, and coaching. She believes that working with CLASS is a great way to connect with the community and be part of a great team. Lucia is fluent in English, French, Italian, and has working knowledge of Spanish.  She has earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Montreal, Canada and Certificates in Human Resources and Project Management from McGill University.
